Job summary

Moveon Technologies Pte Ltd is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production, solve process challenges and improve yield in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. You will apply your engineering expertise to enhance product quality and throughput across multiple processes.

The role requires hands-on experience with injection molding, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with Operations, Quality and Engineering teams to implement effective improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Precision Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on experience in injection molding, process troubleshooting and optimization.
• Experience in secondary manufacturing processes is a plus (assembly, masking, spray painting, coating or dicing).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to improve yield and optimize processes.
• Proactive, independent and hands-on with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for daily production troubleshooting, process optimization and yield improvement.
• Identify root causes of production issues, implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement to reduce defects and improve yield.
• Troubleshoot and optimize injection molding processes to enhance process stability, product quality and production efficiency.
• Support and improve secondary manufacturing processes, including assembly, masking, spray painting, coating and dicing.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Quality and Engineering teams to resolve manufacturing issues and implement effective process improvements.
• Drive initiatives to improve process consistency, productivity, product quality and overall manufacturing performance.
