Job summary

Molex Singapore is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to drive process optimization and productivity across DataCom and Specialty Solutions. You will support new product transfers, ensure quality and safety, and work cross-functionally to deliver sustainable manufacturing solutions.

You will develop process control strategies, analyze defects, and implement improvements to enhance yield and efficiency across production operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of assembly process development, optimization, or manufacturing troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans, SOP/WI, SPC, MSA, DOE, and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to reduce waste and cost.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and SPC.
