Job summary

VISIONPOWER SEMICONDUCTOR MANUFACTURING COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to deliver robust and efficient semiconductor manufacturing processes in diffusion, etching, photolithography, PVD, CVD, CMP, WET or metrology.

You will design experiments, analyze data, and implement SPC methods to improve process stability, yield, quality, and safety across 300mm fab operations in Singapore. A STEM degree and 2+ years’ module experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in module process engineering.
• Experience in 12” (300mm) semiconductor fabrication facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain smooth daily manufacturing operations and promptly solve issues.
• Collaborate with equipment/material suppliers to identify deficiencies and implement solutions.
• Qualify and sustain processes to scale capacity with quality and urgency.
• Improve process stability, capability, quality, yield, productivity, and safety.
• Design experiments, analyze data, and derive actionable insights.
• Implement SPC methods to uphold robust manufacturing processes.
