Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Process Associate Engineer.
• Experience in a 12’’ (300mm) fab environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and sustain high-volume production processes.
• Partner with process engineering teams to scale manufacturing capacity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for process stability and capability.
• Lead experimental design and advanced data analysis.
• Investigate production anomalies and strengthen SPC frameworks.
• Work in a 24/7 fab environment with shifting schedules.
