Job summary

QUEST GLOBAL DIGITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Lead Process Control Engineer to provide technical leadership across large-scale process control and safety systems. You will drive design, EPC, commissioning, and operations support, ensuring robust control architectures and rigorous safety compliance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, review control narratives, and optimize loops for reliability, efficiency, and cost outcomes in complex industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Control & Automation Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 20 years of relevant process control experience in complex industrial or energy environments.
• Proven EPC detailed engineering, commissioning, and operations support experience.
• Track record of leading large-scale control system design and implementation.
• Experience in safety system design including SIF and SIL verification.
• Familiarity with international engineering standards and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead process control engineering across the project lifecycle (design, EPC, commissioning, operations).
• Review and approve control system deliverables including logic diagrams and interfaces.
• Ensure robust design and integration of control, shutdown, alarms, and safeguarding.
• Validate process control calculations, cause-and-effect matrices, and SIL compliance.
• Drive optimization of control loops and overall process performance.
• Contribute to safety studies and close out control and safety recommendations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, operations, and digital systems.
• Ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
