CGS International Securities Singapore is seeking a commercially driven investment professional to join its Private Equity team. The role covers the full investment lifecycle from sourcing and due diligence through portfolio management and exit execution in Southeast Asia.

The successful candidate will work with internal stakeholders, portfolio company management, investors, and external advisors. Titles and grades will reflect experience and demonstrated capabilities.

Formación

• Experience in private equity or related fields.
• Proven ability to evaluate and manage investments.
• Strong financial statement and valuation knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Originate and evaluate investment opportunities across Southeast Asia.
• Lead or participate in transaction execution and due diligence.
• Build financial models and investment return analyses.
• Prepare investment memos for internal approval and Investment Committee discussions.
• Support exit strategies and investor reporting.
• Collaborate with portfolio company management and external advisors.
