Job summary

CLSA in Singapore is seeking a professional for the origination, analysis, and execution of private equity and credit investments in South East Asia. The ideal candidate should have experience in building client relationships and managing investments from start to finish.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance is required, along with significant experience in deal origination and execution. Candidates should be self-driven and possess strong financial modeling skills.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience for Associate Director or 12-15 years for Director level.
• Ability to manage deals independently from start to finish.
• Experience with fundraising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Originate, evaluate, and execute private equity/credit opportunities.
• Lead deal flow building through networks and corporate connections.
• Oversee investments from origination to exit.
• Prepare investment memos and financial models.
