Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore, seeks an experienced Lending VP to lead credit structuring and financing solutions across the APAC region. You will work with Coverage, risk management, and investment solutions on complex transactions for UHNW clients and Family Offices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Private Banking or Investment Banking or related Lending roles.
• Experience structuring financing solutions for UHNW clients and Family Offices.
• Strong credit risk assessment including cash flow, leverage and collateral.
• Knowledge of capital markets and derivatives products.

Responsibilities

• Support structuring and execution of financing solutions for SEA/SA markets.
• Handle flow and complex transactions with extensive due diligence and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Sales/Coverage and legal counsel to close transactions.
• Monitor ongoing transactions and contribute to marketing materials and reports.
• Shape credit-related processes and platform enhancements.
