Job summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking a Client Service Executive to support Relationship Managers and Investment Managers in day-to-day client servicing within a centralized Private Bank team in Singapore. You will handle transactions, resolve issues, and provide efficient operational support to maintain high standards of client service.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Client Service Executive or Assistant Relationship Manager experience at AVP level.
• Experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management is a must.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong teamwork, multi-tasking and deadline-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support Private Banker to provide excellent service to high net-worth clients and maintain client retention.
• Manage desk administration and coordinate meetings and related arrangements.
• Understand client requirements and assist Private Bankers in daily maintenance of account relationships.
• Initiate client instructions, monitor funds for payment, prepare fax instructions and loan disbursement instructions.
• Identify issues and elevate to Management in a timely manner.
• Understand regulatory framework including confidentiality, data protection, and cross-border rules.
