Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in Singapore seeks a skilled Client Service Executive to support Relationship Managers and Investment Managers in day-to-day client servicing for high net-worth clients, handling transactions, account queries, and document preparation.

The role requires AVP-level experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management, fluency in English, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to work in a hybrid environment with strong regulatory awareness and use of AI tools to improve

Qualifications

AVP level client service experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management.
Experience servicing high-net-worth clients in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent English with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with AI tools to boost productivity and data handling.
Licenses such as CACS Paper 1 and 2 or equivalent local qualifications.

Responsibilities

Support Relationship Managers and Investment Managers in daily client servicing.
Process client transactions and resolve account issues.
Coordinate meetings and client instructions; manage related arrangements.
Monitor client funds and prepare instruction documents (fax etc.).
Escalate issues to Management in a timely manner.
Adhere to confidentiality, data protection and cross-border regulations.
