Job summary

RECRUITMATIC PTE. LTD. is assisting a large Singapore-based semiconductor company to hire a senior leader for characterization, test development, and yield engineering.

You will define test parameters, drive qualification, and collaborate with design and production teams. You will own AI-driven analytics to reduce cycle time, improve predictability, and optimize yield. The role demands 10+ years across product development, test, silicon bring-up, and DFT/ATE operations, with strong leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• 10+ years in semiconductor product development, test, and yield engineering.
• Deep understanding of the full semiconductor lifecycle from architecture to technology.
• Experience in AI transformation initiatives and predictive analytics.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Define characterization parameters and test programs with design engineers.
• Analyze root causes on evaluation boards or ATE to address yield loss.
• Drive actions to pass qualification and enable rapid learning.
• Understand yield loss and optimize production.
• Balance test coverage with cost and complexity.
• Contribute to stress concept definition and validation.
• Correlate tester performance with customer application.
• Collaborate in cross-domain development to improve product function and quality within budget and schedule.
• Reduce cycle-time across product and test engineering; enable system-level debug for customers with AI agents.
• Drive pre-silicon predictive analytics to identify issues before tape-out.
