Job summary

Micron Technology in Singapore seeks a senior leader to head a team of engineers focusing on predictive models for HBM production, screening, and testing. You will mentor, define technical direction, and drive AI-driven solutions across manufacturing workflows to improve yield, quality, and cycle time.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, DesignEngineering, Test, Data Science, IT, and Manufacturing, deploying production ML pipelines and GenAI-enabled tooling in cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, AI, or related field.
• Strong leadership skills with technical depth and problem solving.
• 5+ years of hands-on ML/data science/predictive modeling, incl. 2+ years leading a team.
• Depth in gradient-boosted tree methods (XGBoost/LightGBM/CatBoost) in production.
• Experience with time-series forecasting, drift detection, and feature engineering.
• Track record of models in production with deployment, monitoring and retraining.
• Ability to translate model output into business terms and drive decisions.
• Proficient in Python and SQL; strong analytics/visualization skills.
• Cloud experience with GCP/AWS/Azure and production ML pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop team members; set technical direction and hiring.
• Lead predictive yield and reliability modeling for manufacturing data.
• Own model lifecycle, deployment, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining.
• Productionize ML/DL models for classification, regression, anomaly detection, and analysis.
• Build scalable data pipelines and analytics workflows from multiple systems.
• Apply Python/SQL data science libraries to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Test, Yield, Process, and Fab teams on deployment decisions.
• Communicate results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify high-impact opportunities to improve yield, quality, cost, and cycle time.
