Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) seeks a Principal/Senior Engineer to administer and enhance Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms and digital engineering systems in Singapore. You will drive automation, data integration and AI-enabled solutions to boost engineering productivity and governance across infrastructure projects.

You will work with engineering users, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver scalable digital solutions, establish platform governance, and build dashboards supporting

Qualifications

• Knowledge in CS/IS/Data Science/Software Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in digital platform implementation, software development or systems engineering.
• Experience delivering automation, analytics or data-driven solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to implement technical solutions, not only manage projects.
• Experience with enterprise information management or engineering systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer and enhance CDE platforms and related digital engineering systems.
• Design and implement automation to improve engineering workflows and processes.
• Develop and maintain integrations between engineering platforms and enterprise systems.
• Support AI, Generative AI and data-driven solutions for engineering and corporate use cases.
• Establish governance, metadata standards, and information controls.
• Develop dashboards, analytics and reporting to enable operational decisions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and propose innovative digital capabilities.
• Collaborate with business users to translate needs into technical solutions.
