Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore seeks an Assistant Engineer, Platform Administration (Rail Digitalisation) to support the Rail Digitalisation & Guild team. You will help manage platform user access, monitor feedback, and provide incident resolution for CDP software, while tracking assets, licenses, and procurement needs.

You will contribute to strategic initiatives, coordinate with stakeholders, and help ensure efficient operations and project delivery within the rail digitalisation

Qualifications

Knowledge in Engineering or Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with basic budget tracking, procurement processes, and vendor management is advantageous.
Comfortable using AI tools and eager to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

User Administration: manage onboarding/offboarding and roles/permissions for CDPs.
Feedback & Communications: monitor feedback and respond professionally.
Incident & Problem Management: provide 1st/2nd line support and troubleshoot issues.
Asset & License Tracking: maintain inventories of assets and software licenses.
Financial & Procurement Management: track budgets and end-to-end procurement.
Documentation & Correspondence: draft official documents and NDA templates.
