Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) seeks a Principal/Senior/Executive Software Engineer, Systems, to design and build production-grade digital products for autonomous mobility in Singapore. You will own features end to end, leverage cloud infrastructure, and contribute to analytics, dashboards and monitoring systems that support safe AV deployments.

You will work in a cross-functional CAM team, address bottlenecks, and evolve our products toward scale while maintaining reliability and data integrity

Qualifications

• Experience building production-grade software across the stack.
• Ability to design scalable data pipelines and APIs.
• Strong communication and collaboration with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-quality digital products end to end for CAM.
• Develop analytics, dashboards and visualisations to support AV safety and regulation.
• Improve deployment velocity by addressing bottlenecks in the software stack.
• Strengthen data pipelines and system observability for high-volume telemetry.
• Collaborate with policy, operations and regulatory colleagues to translate requirements into software.
