TD Securities in Singapore is seeking a Client Services professional to support the Synthetic Prime Brokerage platform. You will serve as the primary operational contact for clients, coordinating onboarding, lifecycle management of equity swaps, and close collaboration with Trading, Risk, Operations and Technology.

The role requires experience with SwapOne and Triana, plus a 3–5 year background in Prime Brokerage or Equity Derivatives operations.

Qualifications

Experience with SwapOne and Triana is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline required.
3–5 years of experience in Prime Brokerage, Equity Derivatives Middle Office, Hedge Fund Services, or Client Services.

Responsabilités

Act as the primary point of contact for clients on day‑to‑day operational matters.
Support client onboarding, account setup, and operational readiness.
Manage the full lifecycle of equity swaps.
Coordinate key trade events including amendments, novations, resets, terminations, and corporate actions.
Perform reconciliations across swap and hedge positions interfacing the trading desk and Operations.
Investigate and resolve operational breaks and client queries efficiently.
Produce client reporting, including financing and exposure analysis.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
Partner closely with Technology on SwapOne enhancements and system improvements.
Support new product launches, client migrations, and platform expansion initiatives.
