Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Presentation & Visual Storytelling Designer to support the APAC General Manager Conference and other leadership events. You will transform complex business content into executive-level presentations and immersive visuals for senior audiences across APAC.

You will collaborate with business leaders, speakers and stakeholders to shape narratives, develop assets, localize content for APAC, and ensure a consistent, high-impact brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• 5–6 years of professional design experience in corporate communications or events.
• Proficient in macOS with Apple hardware/software.
• Impressive portfolio of executive presentation designs and visual storytelling.
• Experience designing leadership presentations and conference materials.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines.
• Experience supporting live events with onsite execution and presentation management.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Keynote; Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Excellent typography, layout, and data visualization.
• Knowledge of event branding and attendee experience.

Responsibilities

• Design executive-level presentations and visual storytelling for the APAC General Manager Conference.
• Create assets across attendee journey including branding, stage content, signage and app assets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop content and align with brand standards.
• Localize global presentations for APAC audiences.
• Develop speaker assets, walk-on visuals, awards content and multimedia materials.
• Design conference communications and promotional materials.
• Curate visual assets such as photography and motion graphics.
• Support onsite execution including content updates and quality assurance.
• Coordinate with agencies and vendors to ensure consistent delivery.
• Provide design support for additional APAC communications initiatives as needed.
• Produce post-event recap assets and archived content.
• Maintain consistent application of brand standards.
