Job summary

JUST RECRUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Designer to craft compelling presentations and branding assets for banking clients. You will translate complex ideas into visual layouts, produce pitch materials, and collaborate with senior collaborators in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.

The role requires advanced Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office skills, proficiency in English and Chinese typing, and strong time management to meet tight deadlines while maintaining brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in the field of creative services in a corporate, client service environment; ideally in a financial institution
• Advanced knowledge of industry standard graphic design applications
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree
• Experience of proofreading presentations
• Investment Banking / Asset Management / financial industry or similar experience
• Knowledge of external print processes

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality presentations in formats including conceptual designs, layout designs, video and photo editing, data visualization, graphs, charts, infographics, illustrations, icons, etc.
• Enhance slides and presentations into visually engaging format
• Work as part of the graphics and presentations team in a busy 24/7 department that produces pitch book materials and other marketing collateral
• Work alongside Project Coordinators and/or Creative Director on design projects
• Assist with the production of pitch book materials using MS Office packages and offer conceptual and visual solutions to enhance client materials
• Communicate with senior-level clients to understand concepts and interpret them visually; adapt to different requirements
• Ensure work adheres to best practices and style guidelines and achieve 100% accuracy against brief
• Organize work effectively to meet deadlines
• Proactively raise creative ideas and emerging trends aligned with business objectives
• Ensure smooth handover with Presentations colleagues and design teams
• Escalate staff or client issues promptly
• Engage with clients to capture detailed specs and brief global designers accordingly
• Record and summarize client instructions for designers when needed
