Job summary

Nscale in Singapore is seeking an experienced communications leader to partner with our SVP of Communications and APAC senior leadership. You will shape how our executives appear externally across media, events, and key industry moments, and serve as both strategist and gatekeeper to focus on high-impact opportunities.

From global forums to day-to-day inbound requests, you’ll bring structure, judgment, and clear messaging, ensuring every engagement aligns with our narrative and brand.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in executive and internal communications within tech or high-growth environments.
• Proven experience working directly with C-suite leaders, ideally a CEO or founder.
• Strong judgment to prioritise high-impact opportunities.
• Confidence and credibility to push back and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing high-profile events and global forums.

Responsibilities

• Shape senior leadership’s external presence and positioning with VP of Communications
• Prepare executives for high-stakes engagements including media interviews and keynotes
• Deliver briefings, messaging, and media training for clarity and confidence
• Develop and implement company-wide internal communications strategies
• Advise C-suite on internal comms and execution of engagements
• Plan and execute major internal campaigns and events, including crisis management
• Track and analyze internal communication metrics to measure impact
