Job summary

Seagate is seeking a Creative Internal Communications Executive in Singapore to support multi-site internal storytelling across Singapore and Malaysia. You will craft high-impact, visually engaging content and manage digital platforms, while collaborating with Site Leads across six sites to drive employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications and New Media, Film or Video Production, Media Arts, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate marketing, or a creative agency; fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite is a strong plus; proficiency in design and video editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Draft crisp, engaging internal announcements and presentations with strong visuals.
• Own end-to-end video storytelling from ideation to editing for site stories and leadership messages.
• Partner with Site Leads across six sites in Singapore and Malaysia to implement internal comms strategies.
• Manage and update internal news platforms, digital displays, SharePoint sites, and social channels.
• Assist in organizing dynamic site-wide events such as All-Hands/Town Hall meetings.
• Experiment with AI workflows to streamline repetitive tasks and speed up content production.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate drafting, brainstorming, and visual asset creation.
