Job summary

Dell Technologies seeks a Senior Presales Systems Engineer (S7) to drive growth and customer adoption across SAEM. As a trusted advisor, you will shape solution strategy, lead complex opportunities, and coordinate virtual teams from discovery to closure.

You will engage C-level stakeholders, design end-to-end infrastructure architectures across AI, servers, storage, and multicloud, and mentor junior presales engineers while expanding Dell’s footprint in the region.

Qualifications

• Extensive presales and solutions architecture experience in enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Proven track record of leading and winning complex enterprise technology deals.
• Strong consultative, customer-facing and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement and technical sales cycles for strategic accounts.
• Design end-to-end infrastructure architectures across Dell technologies.
• Drive validation through POCs/POVs and lab testing with clear success criteria.
• Partner with sales to accelerate growth, pipeline, and deal strategy.
• Provide market intelligence and develop sales enablement assets.
