AHEAD FOUR INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION PTE LTD is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Associate for our Premium Tea Boutique at Changi Airport East. This full-time role combines deep product knowledge with exceptional customer service to drive sales and build loyalty among discerning tea enthusiasts.

You will greet customers, provide expert recommendations, conduct tastings, manage stock, and support a premium brand experience across the store.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably premium/luxury.
• Passion for tea or beverages with ability to learn product knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand preferences, and offer expert recommendations.
• Demonstrate product knowledge on origins, brewing, flavours, and benefits.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining premium brand position.
• Conduct tea tastings and demonstrations for customers.
• Maintain attractive, well-organised displays and stock rotation.
• Process transactions accurately using POS, handle cash/cards professionally.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and receiving new products.
• Support and mentor junior staff in service and sales techniques.
• Build lasting relationships through personalised service and follow-up.
• Maintain cleanliness of the retail space, including tasting area.
