GK CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is supporting a global leader in precision manufacturing to build a new high-precision equipment development team in Singapore. The role leads end-to-end mechanical, structural and system-level design of automated equipment targeting sub-micron performance.

You will drive architecture, select components, and work with cross-functional teams to move designs from concept through prototype to production, leveraging FEA, GD&T, and cleanroom considerations.

Qualificações

• 10+ years designing high-precision automated equipment.
• Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Robotics; Master’s preferred.
• Strong CAD skills and GD&T expertise.
• Experience with FEA for structural and thermal optimisation.
• Knowledge of cleanroom constraints is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define architecture and layout of high-precision equipment.
• Design precision sub-systems like gantry frames and motion stages.
• Run static, dynamic and thermal FEA; build error budgets.
• Collaborate with electrical, software, optical and process teams.
• Perform tolerance stack-up analysis and ECOs for production.
