Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering with 5+ years of manufacturing experience
• Ability to develop test benches to diagnose stage technical issues and diagnose system failures
• Understanding of electro-mechanical assemblies in high-precision defect inspection equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and data analysis skills to support technical issues and experiments
• Experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing is preferred
• Team player with good writing and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes, read technical drawings, understand BOMs, and use precision testing instruments
• Perform first article qualifications for parts and EOL components
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for part quality and process failures
• Support set-up of experiments and data analysis to diagnose system-level issues
