Job summary

Benning in Singapore seeks a technically oriented Sales Support professional to assist the Sales Manager by providing frontline engineering input and customer support.

You will read client specifications, size chargers, UPS and batteries, prepare technical and priced proposals, respond to clarifications, and coordinate with the Project Management Team to manage requests and changes while maintaining design and test documentation and quality records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Electrical engineering.
• Knowledge of power electronics; UPS knowledge is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of electrical engineering procedures and concepts.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, CAD Software).
• Fluent in English.
• Those without experience may also apply.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret client specifications and Single-Line Diagrams
• Size Chargers, UPS and batteries
• Prepare technical and priced proposals
• Respond to clarifications from clients
• Build relationships with client Technical Team
• Manage technical aspects of customer request and change order in coordination with the Project Management Team
• Maintain design and test documentation, technical manual and quality requirements
• Implementation of product and process optimization
