Job summary

JAC Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a technically strong and customer-focused Technical Sales Engineer to support growth in Singapore and regional markets.

You will understand customer requirements, provide application support, and drive sales opportunities for power supply solutions. You will work closely with customers, engineering teams, and internal sales and marketing colleagues to deliver solutions that meet customer needs while contributing to revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE).
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in technical sales, application engineering, or related functions.
• Experience in power supply, power electronics, AC/DC, or DC/DC power solutions is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting customers in Semiconductor, Medical Devices, Aerospace, or Industrial Electronics is advantageous.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and customer communication skills.
• Ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own vehicle.
• Willingness to travel regionally across ASEAN, South Asia, and Oceania.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales support to customers in Singapore and overseas markets.
• Understand customer application requirements and recommend suitable power supply solutions.
• Support product development, customization, and product modification discussions with customers.
• Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations when required.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to achieve sales objectives.
• Support business development activities and contribute to revenue growth.
• Travel regionally to meet customers and provide onsite technical support.
