Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an engineer to develop and optimize BCD process technology and devices for power applications, including TCAD simulations, device layout, characterization and bench testing.

The role involves designing and laying out test structures, integrating new BCD device architectures, analyzing performance and reliability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and advance device models.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of TCAD experience for simulation and calibration.
• Experience with device layout, DRCs, and test structure generation.
• Knowledge of BCD process development and device characterization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develops and optimizes BCD process technology and devices for power applications.
• Develop and integrate new BCD device architectures and modules for BCD platforms.
• Conduct TCAD simulations to understand device behavior and calibrate models to experimental results.
• Design and lay out device test structures and new BCD device platforms.
• Analyze device performance and reliability through bench testing and data collection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including modeling, to meet customer needs and improve device models.
