Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• 2+ years in high-speed Serdes design/validation.
• Knowledge of PCIe, JESD, IEEE802.3 interconnect standards.
• Proficient in Python, C/C++, TCL for firmware and test automation.
• Experience with lab equipment (BERT, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, PNA/VNA).

Responsibilities

• Bench characterize and validate silicon/IP.
• Verify silicon function, optimize performance, bring-up.
• Debug and resolve silicon issues.
• Perform protocol compliance tests focusing on high-speed I/O.
