Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Engineering Technician to support testing, troubleshooting, assembly and validation of electro-mechanical systems and semiconductor equipment.

You will execute test procedures, diagnose issues, support new product introductions (NPI), perform rework when needed, and maintain accurate documentation in line with quality and safety standards. Qualifications

• Diploma or NITEC in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related fields.
• Hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electro-mechanical systems and equipment.
• Support NPI builds, system installations, and engineering evaluations.
• Interpret schematics, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Document test results, procedures, and quality-related findings.
• Perform rework and generate quality notifications when required.
• Adhere to all safety, manufacturing, and engineering processes.
