Ethos Search Associates Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, integrate and validate mechanical systems for semiconductor test and automation equipment. You will collaborate with system engineers from concept through manufacturing release and deployment, ensuring product quality, reliability and performance.

The role involves hands-on development, tolerance analysis, FEA, SolidWorks CAD, and close interaction with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Qualificações

• Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years in semiconductor/automation equipment preferred; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Experience with mechanical design, tolerance analysis and FEA is advantageous.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD tools is required.
• Experience with vision applications and thermal modelling is a plus.
• Willingness to be hands-on during development and validation.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop mechanical systems and subsystems for test equipment.
• Collaborate with system engineers to meet specs and performance targets.
• Perform component selection, tolerance analysis and motion design.
• Prepare drawings and documentation for product development and manufacturing.
• Support integration, testing and validation at various stages.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure quality.
