Jurong Port Pte Ltd is hiring for a full-time, office-based role to support the Yard Planning Team on-site. You will plan storage, manage short-term leases, and lead a team while ensuring SOP compliance and efficient port operations.

The role requires a Diploma in a related discipline, 3–5 years in logistics, strong IT skills, and the ability to travel within port areas if needed. You will work with operations teams to optimize yard utilization.

Competenze

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Maritime Studies or related discipline.
• 3–5 years' experience in shipping, maritime or logistics.
• Strong IT knowledge and familiarity with operational systems.
• Good planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence for travel within port areas.

Mansioni

• Plan and allocate transit storage locations for arriving vessels.
• Check warehouses and open yards for suitable storage areas.
• Coordinate berth-adjacent storage within 400m of the assigned berth.
• Review daily cargo storage plan after vessel discharge.
• Analyse cargo space usage to improve planning and efficiency.
• Draft SOPs, train shift officers, and raise team competency.
• Validate and raise manual bills for unauthorized overnight parking of chassis.
• Investigate appeal cases by port users and provide recommendations to the Manager.
• Review space requests for stuffing/unstuffing and close JP-Online applications.
