Job summary

Health Promotion Board (HPB) in Singapore seeks a highly motivated professional to lead health-promotion initiatives by translating research into scalable practice. The role focuses on distilling insights from data and cutting-edge research to shape national population platforms.

You will drive end-to-end projects, apply behavioural insights, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful, measurable outcomes for the public.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years total relevant working experience with 5 years overseeing end-to-end projects including stakeholder management and 3 years leading cross-functional teams.
• Practical experience applying behavioural insights and/or design thinking.
• Experience in public health, health sciences or quantitative domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage high impact projects in priority growth areas, including ideation, design, feasibility trials, evaluation and deployment at scale.
• Incorporate behavioural insights in setup, design and review of user experiences and products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of SMEs, data scientists, deployment teams and practitioners to deliver innovative solutions.
• Demonstrate value to citizens through measurable outcomes and compelling stakeholder narratives to secure buy-in.
