Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) is seeking a policy-focused strategist to help shape Singapore’s IA/IP ecosystem and national plans. The role collaborates across government agencies and industry partners to drive value from IP assets and related tax and financing policy.

You will contribute to Singapore’s IP Strategy 2030, engage international partners and develop market enablers, with a strong emphasis on research, policy formulation and cross-sector coordination.

Formación

• Typically 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in taxation, finance, innovation, IP, consulting or public policy.
• Good understanding of international taxation and/or financial markets; tax or finance-related experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate complex issues into practical policy or programme recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Good project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Support implementation of Singapore IP Strategy 2030 and cross-agency initiatives.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and ecosystem development to enable IA/IP growth.
• Develop initiatives relating to IA/IP market enablers in areas like disclosure, valuation, taxation and financing.
• Lead IPOS’ international engagement and thought leadership in IP commercialization, valuation and policy.
• Undertake policy research, consultations and horizon scanning to inform IA/IP policies.
