Job summary

EVYONIC SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Project Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end banking IT initiatives in Singapore. You will manage Agile processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee Payments, SWIFT, and Digital Banking programs.

The role requires deep domain knowledge in AML/KYC, Fraud, and Regulatory Reporting, plus strong business analysis and test governance to ensure production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience in delivering IT projects within Banking & Financial Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Project Delivery for banking and financial services initiatives across Digital Banking, Payments, SWIFT, and Regulatory Technology.
• Manage Agile/Scrum delivery including sprint planning, backlog management, Scrum ceremonies, RAID management, dependencies, and delivery tracking.
• Drive Payments & SWIFT initiatives covering Fast Payments, GIRO, MEPS, PayNow, Telegraphic Transfers, Bulk Payments, SWIFT MT103/MT202/MT202COV, and SWIFT GPI.
• Lead Digital Banking initiatives across Digital Client Onboarding, Core Banking, Cards, Trade Finance, and customer-facing banking solutions.
• Translate Regulatory Technology requirements related to AML/KYC, Fraud, Credit Risk, and Regulatory/Transaction Reporting into functional requirements and deliverables.
• Perform Business Analysis including requirements elicitation, gap analysis, process analysis, functional specifications, stakeholder workshops, and solution discussions.
• Own Test Management activities including test strategy, SIT/UAT planning, regression testing, defect management, test execution, and production readiness.
• Coordinate business, technology, operations, compliance, risk, and vendor teams throughout the project lifecycle.
