Job summary

TANGSPAC CONSULTING PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced VP – PMO Lead to drive enterprise-wide project governance, transformation programs, and portfolio management across our retail banking practice.

This senior role partners with business, technology, and executive teams to ensure planning, governance, and realization of strategic objectives, while building PMO capabilities and managing regulatory initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with strong business and technology understanding.
• 12-15 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing enterprise PMO functions within banking/financial services.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation and strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, risk management, regulatory environments, and governance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Bank's PMO and project portfolio.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve PMO frameworks, standards, and governance processes.
• Establish portfolio management practices, project controls, and performance reporting.
• Ensure alignment of initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Manage a portfolio of complex transformation initiatives across the enterprise.
• Monitor project performance, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Drive delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations.
• Establish prioritization frameworks to optimize investment and resources.
