Job summary

SimplyGo Pte. Ltd. (SPL) is seeking an Assistant Manager, Project Management & Transformation to drive strategic projects and business transformation.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to drive execution, enable Agile delivery, and ensure readiness across projects. You will coordinate governance, reporting, and deployment planning while contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination and Agile delivery.
• Experience with stakeholder and vendor management.
• Familiarity with system integrations and operational processes.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, and implementation activities.
• Coordinate across business, product, technology, and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Track project progress and drive follow-up actions to achieve milestones.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Coordinate system integrations, technical dependencies, and impact assessments.
• Support governance, reporting, and post-implementation reviews.
• Maintain project documentation and governance artefacts.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices across project delivery.
