Job summary

Klook is seeking a Product Manager (Multi-day Tour) to own the end-to-end journey—from traffic entry to checkout—defining itinerary structure, proposals, and changes, with accountability for CVR and user growth.

You will shape the vertical channel page, design filtering and immersive feed patterns, collaborate with Design and Platform PMs on the customer chat experience, and establish an A/B testing culture to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years (P5) / 5+ years (P6) of consumer product experience from an OTA, e-commerce, content or local-services platform.
• Multi-day tour / package tour / tailor-made travel experience preferred; flights, hotels or vacation-package experience is also relevant.
• Strong UX judgement: you can independently assess an existing experience and make concrete recommendations, articulate a product problem visually, and give the design team effective direction.
• Data and experimentation: you can define instrumentation, pull your own numbers, and design and interpret A/B tests.
• Voice of customer: you know when user input is critical to a decision and when it isn’t, can pick the right method (survey, interview, usability test, CS data, app reviews), and turn findings into product action.
• 0-to-1 experience: comfortable moving a business forward while the demand, the funnel and the metrics are all still unsettled.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end journey: From traffic entry → category browse and filtering → requirement capture → proposal conversation → checkout → pre-trip and in-trip. Accountable for CVR/User Growth.
• Vertical channel page: Design the shape and information architecture of the new entry point, exploring filtering, content-led browsing and immersive feed patterns (TikTok-style verticals are a useful reference).
• Itinerary product: Define how itineraries are structured and presented, how proposals are compared, and how confirmation and changes work.
• Customer-side of the conversation: Partner with the platform PM to design the customer experience of chatting with a sales agent or merchant — response SLA, proposal presentation and trust-building.
• Growth and experimentation: Establish an A/B testing practice and let data set the iteration pace.
• UX: Work closely with Design; you can sketch an approach yourself with low-fidelity tools and then bring it to high fidelity with the design team.
• Cross-line leverage: Depending on business rhythm, also support customer-experience and conversion work for eSIM and Insurance.
