Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the end-to-end design of platform features. Dive deep into user needs, map out product flows, and constantly find ways to elevate product value.
• Work hand-in-hand with our Engineering and Design teams to manage project timelines, ensuring high-quality and efficient delivery.
• Collaborate with business teams across the globe to identify market opportunities and translate complex business needs into seamless product solutions.
• Learn and grow in an AI-native work environment. Leverage cutting-edge tools such as large language models (LLMs) and AI agents in your day-to-day product management work, while gaining hands-on experience in exploring how AI capabilities can be translated into practical product applications within the travel e-commerce space.

Qualifications

• Current students graduating in 2027 (Bachelor's degree or above). A minimum 3-month commitment from Dec 2026 to Feb 2027; extensions are welcome.
• Problem-solving, logical thinking, self-motivation & ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Stay open-minded and curious about emerging technologies. Keep up to date with mainstream AI products and understand the capabilities and limitations of leading large language models (LLMs). Have hands-on experience using AI tools to solve real-world problems, demonstrate a strong willingness to learn new technologies, and adapt quickly to a rapidly evolving environment.
• Klook will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require sponsorship of a visa.
