Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Sr Program Manager within the PMO to lead Storage Products programs (NAND, mNAND, SSD) from planning through qualification and ramp, ensuring schedule, quality, cost and manufacturing readiness.

You will direct cross-functional teams, manage KPIs, mitigate risks, and coordinate with Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain and BU to meet milestones and drive successful product introductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• 3+ years of Program Management experience in this function.
• Extensive knowledge in project and program management fundamentals and PM tools and techniques.
• 5+ years of semiconductor engineering experience, preference for memory/storage product development.
• Proficiency in using AI to enable and accelerate workflows and tasks.
• Ability to drive complex development projects with cross-functional, global teams.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data to formulate actions.
• Excellent presentation skills to convey complex information clearly.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
• Ability to adjust working hours to overlap with U.S. hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Establish and direct cross-functional Product Development Teams for NPI and mature products.
• Capture product requirements with BU representatives.
• Drive process alignment with Engineering, R&D and BU.
• Set and maintain program objectives and priorities.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain on sample delivery plans.
• Set and monitor KPIs.
• Define, maintain, and track milestones, schedules and objectives.
• Identify and mitigate program risk.
• Provide guidance for timely problem resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive action and decisions.
• Dialogue with global counterparts on priorities.
• Manage and resolve escalations.
• Provide change request management.
• Participate in program stage gate reviews.
• Drive qualification and ramp and hand-off to Manufacturing/Supply Chain.
• Provide regular program reports to stakeholders.
