Job summary

Micron Semiconductor Asia Operations Pte Ltd. is seeking a Senior Program Manager (PM) to lead Storage Products development, including NAND, mNAND and SSD programs.

You will direct the Product Development Team to hit schedules, quality, cost, manufacturing readiness and budgets across global teams. The role requires 5+ years in semiconductor engineering and 3+ years in program management, with strong communication, problem-solving, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of Program Management experience and previously worked in this function.
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor engineering or equivalent field with memory/storage background.
• Proficiency in using AI to enable and accelerate workflows and tasks.
• Ability to travel internationally if required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and direct cross-functional Product Development Teams covering New Product Introduction (NPI) and mature products.
• Capture product requirements in close cooperation with the Business Unit representatives.
• Drive process alignment and product development targets with Engineering, R&D and BU.
• Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPI) and milestones.
• Provide regular program reports and escalate issues to stakeholders.
