Job summary

You will drive cross-functional programs with Process Integration, Development, Modeling, and Device Engineering to deliver next‑generation memory solutions. You will own critical initiatives, mentor engineers, collaborate with TD fabs and suppliers, and guide the technical strategy to achieve device yield improvements and pathfinding

Qualifications

• PhD in relevant field preferred; exceptional candidates with MS/BS considered.
• Deep knowledge of memory technologies and semiconductor processing.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
