Job summary

DEFENCE COLLECTIVE SINGAPORE LTD. is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead the NS Square Atrium development, coordinating with MINDEF/SAF, Home Team, DCS and NSPO. The role covers end-to-end management of rigging, transportation, build phases and steady-state operations within a multi‑party environment.

You will drive timelines, manage budgets, and establish processes where none exist, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned and accountable throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Honours degree with keen interest in Singapore’s social and military history.
• 5–12 years of project management experience in exhibitions, events or campaigns.
• Strong command of English with excellent communication skills.
• Independent worker with ability to manage multiple moving parts and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Overall project management of Atrium development and delivery oversight.
• Serve as secretariat for operations meetings between NSG, NSPO, DCS and vendors.
• Lead workstreams for rigging, transportation and build phases of the Large Platforms Display.
• Develop protocols for long‑term operations, maintenance and handover to NSG operations.
