Job summary

Defence Collective Singapore Ltd is seeking an experienced project manager to lead the NSG development team's oversight of the Large Platforms Display at NS Square Atrium, on behalf of MINDEF, ensuring milestones, budgets and stakeholder coordination across MINDEF/SAF, Home Team, NSPO and external partners.

You will steer four workstreams—rigging, transportation, design/build, and light and sound show—while developing long-term operations protocols and a transition plan to NSG operations.

Qualifications

• Educational requirement: a good honours degree with keen interest in Singapore’s social and military history.
• 5 to 12 years of relevant work experience in project management for exhibitions, events or campaigns.
• Strong command of English with excellent communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
• Independent worker with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead MINDEF’s development and implementation of an integrated project management approach for the Atrium development, establishing processes to manage timelines, budgets, scope and risks across multiple workstreams.
• Serve as secretariat for operations and plans meetings between NSG, NSPO, DCS and vendors.
• Coordinate with light and sound show infrastructure and hardware requirements, maintenance and operations.
