Job summary

KEPLER SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Singapore to lead a portfolio of high-value developments, including a landmark wellness project at pre-construction.

You will ensure safe, timely and quality delivery from planning to closeout, coordinating with engineers, consultants and vendors. The role requires experience managing large-scale, complex projects, strong regulatory knowledge, and a proven ability to communicate with senior international clients.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale, high-value commercial projects.
• Track record delivering projects ≥ S$500 million.
• Experience with Singapore regulations and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from planning to closeout.
• Provide direction to project teams, consultants and contractors.
• Develop execution strategies, methodologies, resource plans and delivery programmes.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, procurement, cost control and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations and safety standards.
• Monitor performance on safety, environment, quality and cost.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and stakeholder concerns.
• Manage relationships with international clients, government agencies and partners.
• Report programme, cost, safety, quality and risks to senior management.
• Support tender reviews and pre-construction planning where required.
