Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Cash Management Sales Officer to actively call on clients with relationship managers, expanding wallet share and addressing client needs in cash and trade solutions.

The role requires a strong track record in commercial banking, expertise in cash and trade products, and the ability to advise clients while ensuring regulatory compliance. This is a full-time position based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of supporting the growth of client relationships.
• Experience in cash and trade management products.
• 6–10 years of commercial banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for actively calling on clients in partnership with RMs to deepen relationships, proactively owning, responding to and anticipating future needs, challenges or risks, in addition to identifying and pursuing new clients aligned with Citi’s value proposition.
• Responsible in strategically driving growth for the bank by expanding wallet share of clients
• Drives innovation on the solutions we provide clients while structuring deals to balance risk and reward.
• Serves as strategic advisor to RM and Client on all cash and trade related matters
• Shares knowledge with other sales consultants and junior staff
• Executes on strategic initiatives
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies / guidelines at all time
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
