Job summary

Digital Treasures Center PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to define and execute the vision and roadmap for cross-border payment services.

You will drive end-to-end development with UI/UX, technology, operations and compliance teams, and manage external partners for seamless integrations. The role requires 5–10 years in product management, with preference for experience in payment networks or aggregators.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of product management/development experience.
• Experience in payment network or payment aggregators preferred.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for partner/vendor collaboration.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision and roadmap for cross-border payment services.
• Drive end-to-end product development with UI/UX, tech, operations and compliance teams.
• Manage external partners and integration with solution platforms.
• Define and execute project plans with dependencies and critical path.
• Perform competitive analysis for pricing, features, target customers and SLAs.
• Identify opportunities to drive innovation, revenue and volume.
• Set pricing and manage costs to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on value propositions and training materials.
• Ensure risk controls and regulatory compliance processes are in place.
• Track product metrics and collect user feedback to optimize UX and performance.
• Support post-implementation tasks such as training and issue investigations.
