Job summary

Citi in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Product Manager for the Cross Border Payments cluster. You will lead initiatives to grow the cross-border payments business, enhance client value, and improve operational efficiency across Asia South and JANA clusters.

This role involves driving adoption, delivering strategic product initiatives, and coordinating with sales, legal, technology and operations teams. Key focus areas include elevating client value through product improvements, enabling

Qualifications

6–10 years of relevant experience in cash management, trade, or securities.
Good knowledge of cross-border payments, FX, e-commerce.
Strong understanding of API and SWIFT setups.
Proficiency in MS Office and data visualization tools (Tableau).

Responsibilities

Develop expertise in Citi's cross-border payments capabilities and technical aspects.
Drive engagement with sales and support cross-border solutioning for clients.
Develop collateral and identify use cases to increase cross-border payments penetration.
Support onboarding, drive usage expansion, and adoption of alternative payment methods.
Lead data analysis, track performance, and identify insights to grow the business and reduce risk.
Coordinate with partners across functions to ensure alignment and timely execution.
Conduct competitive analysis on cross-border payment trends.
Assess risk and apply ethical judgment in decision making.
