Job summary

Helius Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Playwright QA / Automation Test Engineer in Singapore. The role focuses on designing, building, and scaling end-to-end and API test frameworks with Playwright, AI-assisted tooling, and cross-browser coverage across enterprise platforms.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive shift-left quality, maintain robust test suites, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software quality engineering experience with 3+ years hands-on Playwright
• Proficient in Playwright, API testing and cross-browser coverage
• Experience with SDLC/STLC, test automation patterns, and data-driven testing

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale end-to-end and API test frameworks using Playwright
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Create and maintain reliable test data sets and report results with Allure/JUnit/JSON
• Ensure cross-browser testing (Chromium, WebKit, Firefox) and fast feedback loops
• Collaborate with DevOps to shift-left quality practices and refine acceptance criteria
• Lead implementation of scalable, reusable test architectures and frameworks
