LIBERTY PTE. LIMITED seeks a Senior Tech Product Owner to own one or more complex application domains, guiding backlog prioritization, delivery outcomes, and stakeholder engagement to ensure modernization, stability, and alignment with business needs.

You will define epics, features, and acceptance criteria; collaborate with architecture, engineering, QA, operations, and vendors to deliver changes; support release planning and sprint governance; manage dependencies and risks; and coach junior

Competenze

• 7–10 years in product ownership or related IT roles.
• 3+ years in a team lead or leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and agile delivery.
• Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Experience working with technical teams and vendors.

The Senior Tech Product Owner owns one or more complex application domains and is accountable for backlog prioritization, delivery outcomes, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. The role ensures the application domain is modernized, stable, and aligned to business needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the product backlog for a complex application domain or multiple related systems .
• Define epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize work based on business value, risk, dependencies, and technical sustainability.
• Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and modernization.
• Effective partnership with business users to clarify and prioritise requirements and translate them into technology outcomes.
• Work closely with architecture, engineering, QA, operations, and vendors to deliver changes.

• Manage dependencies and risks across multiple stakeholders and teams.

Job Experience:

• 7-10 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, application delivery, or related IT roles with at least 3 years in a team lead or leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC / agile delivery practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Good understanding of application support, enhancements, and change delivery.
• Experience working with technical teams and vendors.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Agile / product / business analysis certification advantageous.
