Chubb Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Digital Engineering Lead to own day-to-day platform execution and uplift across APAC.

You will work with the Head of Digital Enablement APAC to convert roadmaps into actionable plans, while leading the rollout of policy administration and claims platforms across the region. Qualifications

• Strong hands-on background in modern cloud-native engineering — Azure, C#.NET, TypeScript, and CI/CD pipelines at production scale.
• Experience leading platform or architecture teams — comfortable managing leads and technical detail.
• Demonstrated experience executing platform modernisation in a brownfield environment: migrating live systems without breaking them.
• Able to translate technical trade-offs into terms a non-technical stakeholder can act on.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or a regulated B2B digital environment (or comparable regulated context).

Responsibilities

• Translate the technical roadmap into an executable plan for APAC.
• Lead the policy administration and claims platform rollout across APAC.
• Run cross-cutting engineering programmes (infrastructure upgrades, security, AI tooling).
• Lead the four platform and architecture leads day-to-day.
• Enforce APAC Digital’s technical standards and governance.
• Develop engineering capability within the team and promote AI-assisted tooling adoption.
